Trusteeship

Diam Rek is seeking new trustees to help guide and grow our work in West Africa.

As we grow, we are seeking trustees who can support our next phase of development with strong governance, strategic direction, and specialist expertise.

In particular, we are interested in people with experience in:

• Global health

• Logistics and supply chains (especially in low-resource settings)

• Fundraising, partnerships, or donor engagement

• Finance, governance, or legal oversight

• Communications, advocacy, or impact storytelling

We particularly welcome applicants with lived experience of disability and the areas in which we work.

As a trustee, you will play a key role in shaping our strategy, strengthening our operations, and ensuring we deliver meaningful, sustainable impact for the communities we serve.

This is a voluntary role, offering the opportunity to contribute your skills to a small, focused and hands-on charity.
